I am interested in signing up for the following volunteer shifts:

• Event set-up (2:30pm-3:30pm)
• Parade traffic coordination (4:15pm set-up, parade is from 4:30pm-4:50pm)
• Donate baked goods/snacks (donations accepted day of the event)
• Donate smores supplies
• Help with the hot water cocoa/tea station (we'll divide people into short shifts from 4:45pm-6:15pm, and can put you in a later shift if you're walking a kid in the parade)
• Help with serving pizza 4:45pm to 5:30pm
• Help with food/beverage station clean-up, starts at 6:30pm
• Help with the mural project (refilling paint pots and water cups, helping kids with the paint)
• Help with the mini catapult activity
• Join in the kickball game!
• Event clean-up 7:00

Please select all the activities you are willing to do, and we will reach out to coordinate specific assignments.

I am interested in donating the following items (used is fine! you can drop off by Friday 10/27 on Joanne's front porch, 3900 Birch Ave)

• Donate art supplies for the temporary mural project (clean sheets to paint on, old brushes and plastic containers for the paint, old pots of non-toxic, water-based paints)
• Donate kick balls for the heads will roll kick ball game
• Donate supplies for the mini pumpkin/apple catapult (mini pumpkins, crab apples, other launchable organic items, old bungee cords, 1 inch PCV pipe)
